Shipping Policy

Special Note; We always dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, however due to the current corona virus situation our courier service is receiving large numbers of parcels, therefore delivery is taking slightly longer than usual. Please allow for a couple of extra days for your parcel to arrive.

We are extremely thankful for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Here at New Zealand Alpine Honey we like to add that little personal touch, so we personally pack, check and dispatch all orders ourselves (no outsourcing). Our aim is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (working days). Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day before 12:00 Noon (e.g. an order received on Saturday will be dispatched before 12:00 Noon the following Monday).

We aim to deliver to you within 2-4 days of dispatch (working days), payment verification and stock permitting (delivery times may verify for those living in; Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland). We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery on behalf of or because of issues encountered by the third party postal service provider we chose to deliver with. We will however do our upmost to resolve any issues. We deliver to all addresses in the UK, with the exception of the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to overseas’ addresses.
