Our promise to you

As passionate beekeepers and fellow honey lovers we want you to be 100% satisfied with any honey purchased from us. Therefore, as part of our guarantee, if you are unhappy with anything you receive from us please contact us within 14 days and return the items purchased within 28 days and we will replace the product(s) or give a full refund.

Order Process

Select items you wish to purchase from our website and place them in the shopping basket. Go to your basket, apply any coupon codes and select your shipping method/price. Please check your order at this point to check that you are happy with the products that you have selected. If you are satisfied with your order, proceed to checkout and fill in all billing and delivery information. If you have any specific requirements, please enter these into the ‘order notes’ box provided. Please check your order one last time, and if you are happy, enter your payment details and confirm payment. That’s you done!

You will receive an email from us confirming we have received your order and stating we are processing your order. Once we receive your payment we will select, pack and post your order and send you another email confirming your order has been dispatched. We aim for all orders to arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. Upon arrival of goods, check your order and enjoy your honey!

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them, please do the following:

Call us on 07561718673 or e-mail info@newzealandalpinehoney.co.uk who will advise you how to return the product(s).

If you request a refund or exchange due to faulty goods, we will assess the faulty product(s). If they are faulty, we will (at your option) either: (i) refund you the value of the product(s), the original delivery charge and the costs of returning the faulty product to us, or (ii) we will arrange for an exchange for which you will not be charged additional postage and you will be refunded the costs of returning the faulty products to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

No Reliance on Website Content and Information

The contents of the website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

We are passionate beekeepers with many years of experience, and we make reasonable effort to update the information on our website. However, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our website is accurate, complete or up to date.

Modifications to the Service and Price

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.  If this happens after you have placed an order, we will contact you to discuss your options, but you will always have the right to a full refund if your payment has been processed.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

With the exception of the manuka honey and lemon which has 0.5% lemon oil, 0.5 Lemon concentrate, our products contain only honey from honey bees (Apis Mallifera). Our products are not suitable for children under 12 months. If you have any doubts as to whether our products are safe for you to consume please consult a medical professional before consuming our products.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
